Prepare the site interface schedule
Document electrical supply, water quality and flow, drainage, compressed air or other agreed utilities, space, access and floor loading. Confirm service access and safe waste routes before finalising the arrangement.
Set responsibility at every boundary
Define who provides fruit preparation, recipe dosing, pumps, preservation, packaging, utilities and cleaning. External HPP or cold storage needs a stated handover and product-release process. Do not let an omitted downstream module become an implied supply promise.
Trial the limiting product
Use representative fruit and the actual recipe or an agreed equivalent. Check the coldest or most viscous case, the largest particles and expected ripeness variation. Observe startup, interruptions, rundown and changeover as well as steady running.
Agree factory and site acceptance
Record measured throughput at the correct mass boundary, texture, recovery, product temperature and interface performance. Include controls, alarms, safe access, documentation and cleaning verification in the acceptance schedule.
Leave a reproducible operating basis
Keep the accepted sample, test method and setpoint ranges with the equipment documentation. Changes to fruit, recipe, preservation or pack should trigger a defined review instead of being assumed equivalent.
