Raw ingredient / USDA reference

What is in the avocado before processing?

A reference profile for 100 g of edible raw avocado. The selected USDA food is “Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties”, FDC ID 171705, NDB 09037. It is not a specific cultivar, a whole fruit including its skin and stone, or a finished guacamole recipe.

Four components, one mass scale

Each bar uses the same 0–100 g scale. Values are grams in 100 g of edible raw material.

Dietary fibre: 6.7 g. Fibre is included in total carbohydrate by difference. It is shown separately for context, never added again as another part of a 100% chart.
