Engineering guide / smooth chunky texture acceptance
Smooth Puree and Chunky Guacamole Acceptance Record
Set separate finishing and piece-retention checks from prepared flesh to filled pack.
01
Smooth puree: define the endpoint
Record the reference sample, test method and temperature. Describe visible fibre, grit and free liquid separately from an informal smoothness score. Record screen configuration as a machine setting, not a guaranteed particle distribution.
| Record field | Project entry |
|---|---|
| Smooth or chunky specification | To be recorded |
| Reference sample and method | To be recorded |
| Measurement temperature | To be recorded |
| Before/after transfer sample IDs | To be recorded |
| Piece retention / fines observation | To be recorded |
| Final pack acceptance | To be recorded |
02
Chunky guacamole: sample after transfer
Record the intended piece-size distribution and acceptable breakage. Compare samples after cutting, mixing, pump discharge and the filler using the same method.
03
Match the whole product path
For each pump, valve, hose and filler nozzle, record the actual minimum passage and cleaning access. Confirm acceptance at the final pack rather than approving the mixer alone.
04
Complete a blank project record
Use the downloadable avocado trial worksheet to record your own observations. No values are prefilled or represented as measured factory data.
