Production line / Particle-friendly batch production
Industrial guacamole mixing and filling line
This configuration starts with prepared avocado flesh or a pulp base and focuses on the part of the line where texture is most often lost: mixing, transfer and filling. It suits a producer who already has reliable flesh preparation or buys a controlled avocado input.

Line logic
What defines this configuration.
01
Define the batch and the recipe
State the useful batch volume, the avocado share, the form of each addition and the order of addition. A recipe with firm pieces needs a different agitator and discharge from a smooth, formulated base.
02
Separate cutting from mixing
Create the particle profile first, then distribute the recipe with low shear. If the mixer also cuts, the final texture becomes difficult to control. Sampling after each step shows where the particles change.
03
Design the transfer for particles
Use a pump with adequate passage, short pipe runs and valves that do not create a narrow throat. Avoid unnecessary recirculation. The filling nozzle is part of the same decision.
04
Plan changeover and cleaning
Identify shared vessels, hoses, valves and filling parts. Map where product remains and how the line is cleaned between recipes. A fast filler does not help if changeover is the bottleneck.
Equipment in this line
Click through the modules.
- 01
Flesh recovery
Avocado Pulp Extraction Machine
Recover avocado flesh from peeled and pitted fruit, separate unacceptable solids and feed the texture stage at a controlled rate.
- 02
Chunky-texture control
Guacamole Cutting & Mashing Machine
Create a controlled particle profile for guacamole without turning the batch into smooth puree.
- 03
Recipe preparation
Guacamole & Puree Mixing Machine
Distribute recipe ingredients uniformly while controlling air pickup and protecting the required texture.
- 04
Texture-sensitive transfer
Avocado Puree Transfer Pump
Move viscous avocado puree or chunky guacamole at the required flow without excessive pressure, air pickup or particle damage.
- 05
Process buffering
Avocado Puree Holding Tank
Balance the line with the smallest practical hold while protecting colour, texture and batch identity.
- 06
Particle-friendly filling
Guacamole Filling Machine
Fill chunky guacamole into cups, tubs or pouches without blocking the nozzle or crushing the visible pieces.
Technical FAQ
Questions to settle.
Can this line use purchased guacamole base?
Yes, if the incoming base is controlled for texture, temperature and traceability. The line would start at receiving and inspection, then move to gentle cutting if needed, mixing and filling.
How much guacamole can one batch make?
The finished mass depends on the recipe and the useful mixer volume, not the gross tank size. Weigh the avocado input and each addition, then measure filling losses. Do not convert tank volume directly into saleable packs.
