Avocado puree & guacamole processing equipment

Production line / Flexible start for emerging brands

Small-batch avocado puree line

A small-batch line should be flexible enough to trial recipes and change packs without pretending to be a high-volume factory. The goal is a controlled, cleanable process with enough measurement to learn from each batch. Capacity can grow later, but the product path and records should be right from the start.

Line logic

What defines this configuration.

01

Choose the smallest useful preparation method

Manual or operator-assisted peeling can be appropriate when volumes are low and fruit varies. The decision should include labour, safety, inspection access and the cost of poor recovery, not only the machine price.

02

Keep batch records from day one

Record fruit lot, ripeness, input mass, accepted flesh, recipe additions, finished mass and pack count. These records turn a small line into a learning system and make later scale-up far more reliable.

03

Avoid oversized utilities

A small line can still need water, drainage, cleaning and temperature control. Size these services for the actual batch and cleaning routine. Do not buy a large tank simply to look bigger.

04

Plan the growth path

Identify which module would limit output first: preparation, finishing, mixing or filling. A modular layout lets the producer add capacity where the evidence points, rather than replacing the whole line.

  1. 01

    Raw-material control

    Avocado Inspection Conveyor

Present whole avocados for lot identification, condition checks and reject segregation before washing or peeling.

  2. 02

    Surface preparation

    Avocado Washing Machine

Remove soil and field debris from intact whole fruit before the skin is opened, while protecting ripe fruit from bruising.

  3. 03

    Critical separation

    Avocado Peeling & Pitting Machine

Open the fruit and separate skin and stone from recoverable flesh with the least practical damage and the clearest waste streams.

  4. 04

    Flesh recovery

    Avocado Pulp Extraction Machine

Recover avocado flesh from peeled and pitted fruit, separate unacceptable solids and feed the texture stage at a controlled rate.

  5. 05

    Smooth-texture control

    Avocado Puree Finishing Machine

Reduce fibre and particle size to meet an agreed smooth-puree specification without overheating or aerating the product.

  6. 06

    Recipe preparation

    Guacamole & Puree Mixing Machine

Distribute recipe ingredients uniformly while controlling air pickup and protecting the required texture.

  7. 07

    Texture-sensitive transfer

    Avocado Puree Transfer Pump

Move viscous avocado puree or chunky guacamole at the required flow without excessive pressure, air pickup or particle damage.

  8. 08

    Bulk and retail filling

    Avocado Puree Filling Machine

Dose avocado puree into bulk bags, drums, pouches or retail packs with a clean seal area and a product-friendly path.

Technical FAQ

Questions to settle.

Is a small line worth automating?

Automate the step that is limiting output or quality, not the whole line by default. A small filling or mixing improvement may be more valuable than an expensive preparation machine that is underused.

Can a small line use the same equipment as a larger one?

Some modules can be scaled or retained, but a larger line usually needs different pumps, tanks and filling. Compare the actual duty and utilities before assuming a module can be reused.
